"My insurance is extremely high but the service is professional. I need answers about why my bill is so high and all i get is "everything is going up". Its hard to catch Misty there so I end up paying the high insurance and leave.... Need a print out of what Im actually paying.... Very irritating. Alot of strange unsnswered questions I have.... State Farm has definitely changed....."
